All of the consumer products we supply must be safe in design and meet consumer guarantees under the consumer laws of the countries where we operate. We ensure that all our products comply with relevant mandatory safety standards before they are offered for sale. Our Supplier On-Boarding process assess suppliers against an internal risk model. As well as product testing and compliance with mandatory standards, our divisions maintain a Product Recall Manual which is activated in the event of a consumer safety concern arising.
